At StreetEra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we've got you covered.
Store Credit Only We do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible orders. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue store credit for the full item amount — no need to ship anything back.
How to Request Store Credit Email us at streeterawear@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Eligibility To qualify for store credit, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items marked as final sale are not eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately with store credit or a replacement at no extra cost.
